摘  要:【目的】探索隧道内刚性接触网汇流排对运行速度为200 km/h及以上动车组的适应性,通过监测汇流排的振动参数,来完善我国刚性悬挂接触网汇流排养护体系。【方法】构建汇流排振动监测系统,并将其应用于某隧道内的实车试验中,对接触网分段绝缘器处、悬挂点跨中处汇流排的振幅和振动频率进行监测,并通过监测系统对监测数据进行分析。【结果】试验数据表明,随着列车行驶速度的加快,汇流排的振幅逐渐增加,振动频率稍有增加,分段绝缘器旁的振幅和悬挂点跨中的振幅接近,跨中的振动频率比分段绝缘器旁的振动频率要更加集中。【结论】研究结果为应用在200 km/h及以上运行速度的动车组中的刚性悬挂接触网汇流排的设计、施工和运维提供数据支持。[Purposes]This study aims to explore the adaptability of the rigid catenary bus bar in the tun⁃nel to the EMUs with a running speed of 200 km/h or above,and to improve the maintenance system of the rigid catenary bus bar in China by monitoring the vibration parameters of the bus bar.[Methods]The vibration monitoring system of the bus bar is constructed and applied to the real vehicle test in a tunnel.The amplitude and vibration frequency of the bus bar at the segment insulator of the catenary and the mid-span of the suspension point are monitored,and the monitoring data are analyzed by the monitoring system.[Findings]The test data show that with the acceleration of the train speed,the amplitude of the bus bar increases gradually,and the vibration frequency increases slightly.The amplitude of the section insulator is close to that of the suspension point,and the vibration frequency of the middle span is more concentrated than that of the section insulator.[Conclusions]The research results provide data support for the design,construction,operation and maintenance of rigid suspension catenary bus used in EMUs with running speed of 200 km/h and above.
