口服含有透明质酸钠的小分子胶原蛋白肽对面部皮肤年轻化的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察一种含有透明质酸钠的小分子胶原蛋白肽饮品在面部皮肤年轻化中的有效性及安全性。方法 研究选取2023年5月16日-2023年7月12日共38例受试者,每日服用胶原蛋白透明质酸钠饮品25ml(BIOYONCE缦研;含胶原蛋白肽5000 mg,透明质酸钠50 mg),连续8周(共56天)。通过前后对比鱼尾纹面积占比、皮肤平滑度、弹性、光泽度、黑色素、皮肤色度和角质层水分含量等指标的变化来评价该饮品对面部皮肤年轻化的效果。同时记录受试者的满意度及不良反应。结果 38例受试者连续服用56天,测试过程中未见任何皮肤不良反应,通过与使用前对比:皮肤角质层水分含量(提升23.8%)、皮肤光泽度(提升27.2%)、皮肤弹性测试参数(提升18.0%)显著性上升;皮肤色度(降低10.4%)、黑色素值(降低23.2%)、皮肤弹性参数F4(降低25.1%)、皮肤平滑度参数SEsm值(降低23.6%)和鱼尾纹皱纹面积占比(降低29.1%)显著性下降结论 研究结果显示,口服胶原蛋白透明质酸钠饮品,对于面部皮肤老化具有显著的改善效果,是面部年轻化的方法之一。Objective Observation on the effffectiveness and safety of bioyonnce oral collagen peptide sodium hyaluronate in facial skin rejuvenation.Method 38 participants consumed a bottle of BIOYONCE collagen peptide sodium hyaluronate beverage daily(containing 5000 mg of collagen peptide and 50 mg of sodium hyaluronate).The effffect of this beverage on facial skin rejuvenation was evaluated by comparing changes in the proportion of crow's feet area,skin smoothness,elasticity,gloss,melanin,skin b value,and stratum corneum moisture content before and after.Participants'satisfaction and adverse reactions were also recorded.Result 38 participants continuously used the product for 56 days.During the testing process,no adverse skin reactions were observed.Compared to before use,the moisture content of the stratum corneum,skin glossiness,and the R2 value of skin elasticity signifificantly increased;the skin b value,melanin value,F4 parameter of skin elasticity,SEsm value of skin smoothness,and the proportion of crow's feet wrinkle area signifificantly decreased.Conclusion The research results show that continuous intake of BIOYONCE oral collagen peptide sodium hyaluronate has a signifificant improvement effffect on facial skin aging.
