摘　　要：结合卫生法学课程的智慧平台教学实践,按照大健康与新医科改革要求,将卫生法学课程培育目标分为“法治知识传授、法治技能培育和法治情感价值”三个维度,通过课前建立医法案例对话场域导入知识点、课中即时互动激发学生习得法律技能积极性、课后提交深度医法融合案例分析引导学生的认同,以实现打造高阶课堂、整合三个维度的培育目标——符合新医科教改要求的复合型医学人才。Combined with the smart platform teaching practice of health jurisprudence course,according to the requirements of the reform of great health and new medical sciences,the cultivation goal of health law course is di⁃vided into three dimensions:"legal knowledge imparting,legal skills cultivation and legal emotional value".Through establishing a dialogue field of medical and legal cases before class to introduce knowledge points,real-time interac⁃tion in class to stimulate students'enthusiasm in acquiring legal skills,and submitting in-depth case analysis of medical and legal integration after class to guide students'recognition,the goal of building advanced classes and in⁃tegrating three dimensions is realized,and compound medical talents meeting the requirements of new medical edu⁃cation reform are cultivated.
