基于OBE理念的“动物微生物学”实验课堂教学改革探索

摘　　要：“动物微生物学”是动物科学专业的必修课程,其实验课程教学是将动物微生物相关基础知识转化为实践技能的重要环节。基于OBE理念,探索“动物微生物学”实验课程教学的改革,构建了多种教学方式组合模式下的实验教学体系。结果表明,与传统方法相比,该体系获得更多的认可,90%以上的学生认识到团队合作的重要性,实验成绩优秀率逐年增加,并在大学生创新创业教育中有所突破。“Animal Microbiology”is a compulsory professional course of animal science major,and experimental course is an important link between basic knowledge and practical skills.Based on the concept of OBE,it was explored that the reform of experimental course teaching and constructs the experimental teaching system under the combination of various teaching methods.The results showed that,compared with traditional methods,it had gained more recognition,more than 90%of students had recognized the importance of teamwork,the proportion of students who had gained high score was increasing year by year,and also had made breakthroughs in innovation and entrepreneurship among college students.
