摘　　要：产业学院是具有中国本土化特色的产教融合制度创新,构建的根本困境在于学校公益性与企业营利性冲突、利益相关者权利和义务不清晰等问题。深化产业学院各方利益相关者之间协同共建、资源共享、文化共融、合作育人的良性循环机制,引导各方深度参与人才培养全过程,实现人才、课程、资源、师资、应用、服务等共享,合作共建教学标准系列和教学资源系列、合力推进教材建设和教法改革、合力构建“双师双能型”教师教学创新团队、合作共建实践教学基地的共建,是产业学院取得成功的关键路径。Industrial college is a system innovation of integration of industry and education with Chinese localization characteristics.The fundamental dilemma of its construction lies in the conflict between the public welfare of schools and the profit-making of enterprises,and the unclear rights and obligations of stakeholders.It is of great significance to deepen the virtuous cycle mechanism of collaborative construction,resource sharing,cultural integration,and cooperative education among all stakeholders in the Industrial College,guide all parties to deeply participate in the entire process of talent cultivation,and achieve the open sharing of key elements such as talents,courses,resources,teachers,applications,and services.
