摘  要:在职培训是企业人力资源水平提升的重要方式,本文基于第十一次私营企业调查数据,逐步加入控制变量,探究在职培训对民营企业绩效的影响,进一步分析员工雇佣保障在两者之间的作用。结果表明:在职培训对民营企业绩效有显著的正向作用,社会保险和工会组织在其中起部分中介作用。最后基于企业绩效的视角,为民营企业在职培训及员工雇佣保障的实施提出建议。On the job training is an important way to improve the level of human resources in enterprises.Based on the data from the 11th survey of private enterprises,this article gradually adds control variables to explore the impact of on job training on the performance of private enterprises,and further analyzes the role of employee employment security between the two.The results indicate that on-the-job training has a significant positive effect on the performance of private enterprises,with social insurance and trade union organizations playing a partial mediating role.Finally,based on the perspective of corporate performance,suggestions are proposed for the implementation of on-the-job training and employee employment guarantee for private enterprises.
