摘　　要：高职院校扩招百万政策是国家的战略举措,对我国高职教育和高职院校都带来了深远影响,文章阐述了新学生群体与传统生源巨大差异性,从家庭、学校、社会三方面分析了新学生群体思想政治教育的影响因素并探讨了其中的问题以及应对策略。文中指出:充分掌握新学生群体的思想动态和教育规律,努力提高教育水平,加强学校和家庭、学校和社会、学校和企业的互动。创新人才培养模式,实施分类培养、分层教学、因材施教、因人施策,培养出一批批适应新形势要求的栋梁之才,服务国家“保就业,促发展”的战略和社会经济的发展,为社会的发展作出积极贡献。The policy of expanding enrollment by one million for the higher vocational colleges is a strategic measure of the country,which has brought profound influence on China’s higher vocational education and colleges.This article elaborates on the significant differences between the new student group and traditional student sources,analyzes the influencing factors of ideological and political education for the new student group from the perspectives of the families,the schools,and the society,and discusses the problems and coping strategies.The article points out that it is necessary to fully grasp the ideological dynamics and educational laws of the new student group,strive to improve the education level,strengthen the interaction between schools and families,schools and society,schools and enterprises,and innovate talent cultivation models. By implementing classified training, hierarchical teaching, targeted education, and individualized strategies, we can cultivate a group of talented people who can adapt to the new situation, serve the national “employment security and development promotion” strategy and the development of the social economy, and make positive contributions to the society's development.
