摘  要:建设高质量教育体系是建设教育强国的基础工程,要全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,发展素质教育,推进教育公平,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人,教师是学校发展的第一资源。新时代高职院校要把教师队伍建设摆在突出位置,通过健全高职院校教师标准体系和评价体系,从师德师风、专业能力、创新能力等方面对教师提出明确要求,让教师成为学生成长路上的引路人、知心人和贴心人。为此,高职院校要加强顶层设计,健全机制保障,建立健全标准体系和评价体系,切实提高教师队伍素质。Building a high-quality education system is a fundamental project for building an educational powerhouse.It is necessary to fully implement the Party’s education policy,implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating talents,develop quality education,promote equity in education,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with comprehensive moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetic development.Teachers are the primary resource for school development.In the new era,vocational colleges should give a prominent position to the construction of their teaching staff.By improving the teacher standards and evaluation system of vocational colleges,clear requirements should be put forward for teachers in terms of teacher ethics,professional competence,innovation ability,etc.,so that teachers can become guides,confidants,and thoughtful people on the path of students’growth.Therefore,vocational colleges should strengthen top-level design,improve mechanism guarantees,establish a sound standard system and evaluation system,and effectively improve the quality of the teaching staff.
