摘 要:培训是应用型高校青年教师提升教学能力实现专业发展的重要途径。该研究选取广西6所应用型高校的220名教师为调查对象进行调研,分析教师的培训认知、动机、课程、时间、方式、专家、方法、考核、机制等方面的现状。针对应用型高校教师培训管理的机制不健全、教师培训未形成体系化教师自我提升的驱动力不足等问题,提出了强化教师发展中心建设、完善教师教学培训体系、构建教师教学竞赛体系、构建教师教学咨询服务体系以及构建对外交流研讨体系等策略。Training is an important way for young teachers in application-oriented universities to improve their teaching ability and achieve professional development.In this paper,220 teachers from six applied universities in Guangxi were selected for investigation,and the current situation of teachers training cognition,motivation,course,time,mode,experts,methods,assessment,mechanism and other aspects was analyzed.In view of the problems such as the imperfect management mechanism of teacher training in application-oriented universities and the insufficient driving force of teachers self-improvement,the paper proposed the strategies of strengthening the construction of teacher development center,improving the teacher teaching and training system,the teacher teaching competition system,the teacher teaching consultation service system and the foreign exchange and discussion system.
