摘　　要：以就业为导向,以满足职场需求为目标,以民航专业职业能力需求分析结果为依据,结合民航客运服务典型职业活动对专业英语口语能力的要求,确定了民航专业英语口语课程的主要教学目标和教学内容,通过组建创新教师团队、转化典型职业活动为学习项目、自编教材、实施有效教学方法、改革考核方式和参加企业实践等一系列途径来提升教学效果,旨在探究出民航专业英语口语教学的有效策略,激发学生对专业英语学习的兴趣和积极性,进而促进就业。Being employment-oriented,aiming to meet the needs of the workplace,based on the analysis results of the professional competence needs of the civil aviation profession,and combined with the requirements of typical work activities of civil aviation passenger transport services on professional English speaking ability,the main teaching objectives,course objectives and specific teaching practice of the civil aviation professional English speaking course have been determined.A series of comprehensive means,such as the establishment of innovative teacher teams,the project-based activities of typical work,self-edited textbooks,the implementation of effective teaching methods,reforming the assessment method and participating in enterprise practice,are used to improve the teaching effect,which aims to explore effective strategies for speaking English teaching for civil aviation majors,stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm in professional English learning,and then promote employment.
