摘　　要：医学免疫学与病原生物学是中医院校医学专业的一门重要基础课程,专业课正确的价值引领是落实立德树人根本任务、培养德才兼备中医药人才的有效途径。文章围绕设定的课程思政目标,深入挖掘思政元素,基于线上线下混合式教学,探索专业教育和思政教育有机融合的路径和方法。通过调查反馈评价课程思政的教学效果和该教学模式的有效性,并对课程思政的实践进行教学反思,可为中医院校其他医学专业课程思政教学改革和教学模式转变提供新的思路。Medical immunology and pathogenic biology is an important basic course for medical majors in university of Chinese medi⁃cine.The correct value guidance of professional courses is an effective way to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality and cultivate traditional Chinese medicine talents with both political integrity and ability.Surrounding the specific goal and based on online and offline teaching model,this article explored the paths and methods of organic integration of professional edu⁃cation and ideological and political education by excavating the ideological and political elements in course.The paper also proved the effect of ideological and political education and the effectiveness of the teaching model with a survey.In addition,the teaching reflec⁃tion was carried out.This study can provide some new ideas for the ideological and political reform and teaching mode transformation of other medical professional courses in university of Chinese medicine.
