摘 要:本研究运用行动研究方法,对美国新手幼儿中文教师课堂管理能力的发展开展七个月的纵向研究,探讨新手教师课堂管理能力的成长和影响因素。通过对教师的教学反思日志、教学录像和主管领导的课堂观察笔记等进行编码、分析后发现,采取第一轮行动的课堂观摩、制定课堂行为契约和第二轮行动的学习幼儿心理学、加强与本土教师和家长的联系及构建良好的师生关系等措施,中文课中儿童的问题行为明显减少,说明新手教师的实践性知识在行动中得到了发展。其中,社会语境、情感、身份意识和反思意识都是影响教师课堂管理能力发展的重要因素。最后,从四个方面提出对幼儿中文教师培养的启示:重视掌握学习者知识、课堂管理知识、教学情景知识和重视学习共同体建设。Using action research method,this research conducted a seven month longitudinal study on classroom management ability of novice preschool Chinese teachers in the United States,so as to explore the developmental and influencing factors of novice teachers'classroom management ability.After coding and analyzing the teacher's teaching reflection logs,teaching videos and classroom observation notes of the leader in charge,it is found that children's problem behaviors in Chinese classes have significantly decreased by observing local teachers'classes and developing classroom behavior contracts of the first-round action,studying preschool psychology and strengthening the relationship with local teachers,parents and students of the second-round action.It indicates that the classroom management of novice teachers has been developed in action.Among them,social context,emotion and identity consciousness,and reflection consciousness are all important factors that affect the development of their classroom management ability.Therefore,the research puts forward the enlightenment for the training of preschool Chinese teachers from four aspects:attaching importance to mastering knowledge of learners,knowledge of classroom management,knowledge of teaching situation,and emphasizing on the con-struction of the learning community.
