摘 要:目的探讨基于形成性评价(Formative assessment,FA)的微格教学法(Microteaching)在中医眼科临床实践课程教学中的应用效果。方法将北京中医药大学东方医院眼科48名见习学生随机分为2组,进行眼科检查法实践教学。实验组采用微格教学法;对照组采用传统教学方法。采用形成性评价比较2组学生眼科检查法即时评价成绩、期末考核实践操作成绩以及教学满意度调查情况。结果实验组即时评价成绩、期末考核实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组教学满意度亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论微格教学法较传统教学法更能提升眼科检查法的教学效果,激发学生的学习积极性,并能将思政教育融入教学过程中。Objective To explore the application effect of microteaching mode based on formative assessment(FA)in ophthalmic clini-cal practice course of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 48 students practicing in the Department of Ophthalmology in Dongfang Hospital of Beijing university of Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups,and they were given practical teaching of ophthalmic examination.The experimental group adopted microteaching method,while the control group adopted tradi-tional teaching method.The results of immediate assessment of ophthalmic examination,final examination of the practical operation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups by formative evaluation was compared.Results The scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The teaching satisfaction of the experi-mental group was also higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Mi-croteaching is more effective than traditional teaching in improving the teaching effect of ophthalmic examination,stimulating stu-dents’learning enthusiasm and integrating ideological and political education into the teaching process.
