摘  要:骨科手术学作为当今外科学中发展较为迅速的一门学科,新的理论知识、手术方法以及内外固定材料的发展层出不穷,使该学科不断被赋予新的内涵。随着教育改革的推进,传统的骨科手术学教学模式已难以满足现代骨科手术学教育的需求,骨科手术学传统教学模式改革迫在眉睫。基于以往教学经验,提出“3D技术结合CBL及PBL”的新型教学模式,探讨其在骨科手术学教学中的应用前景及意义,为骨科教学提供新的理念与思路。希冀在提高骨科手术学教学水平的同时,能有效提升学生的骨科理论水平和临床实践能力,以满足当今社会对复合型、创新型及应用型高级医疗人才的培养需求。Orthopedic surgery,as a rapidly developing discipline in today′s surgery,has been endowed with new connotations due to the endless development of new theoretical knowledge,surgical methods and internal and externl fixation materials.With the advancement of educational reform,the traditional teaching model of orthopedic surgery has been unable to meet the needs of modern orthopedic surgery education,and the reform of traditional teaching model of orthopedic surgery is imminent.Based on previous teaching experience,this study proposes a new teaching model of “3D technology combined with CBL and PBL”,and discusses its application prospect and significance in orthopedic surgery teaching in order to provide new ideas for orthopedic teaching.It is hoped that while improving the teaching level of orthopedic surgery,it can effectively increase the theoretical level of orthopedic surgery and clinical practice ability of students,so as to meet the training needs of today′s society for versatile,innovative and application-oriented senior medical talents.
