摘　　要：分析公共艺术和设计治理的基本概念与特征,结合设计治理的工具系统探析公共艺术的发展现状。通过文献研究法,从宏观、中观和微观三个层面阐释设计治理在公共艺术领域扮演的角色与效能,进而探究出设计治理与公共艺术之间的更多可能性。This paper analyzes the concepts and characteristics of public art and design governance,and analyzes the development status of public art with the tools system of design governance.Through the literature research method,this paper inerprets the role and effectiveness of design governance in the field of public art from the macro,meso and micro perspectives,in order to explore more possibilities between design governance and public art.
