摘 要:目的:探讨在外科学基础实验教学中融合人文关怀能力培养的应用效果。方法:选取临床医学专业80名学生为研究对象,随机分成试验组和对照组。本研究将实验课程分成两个阶段进行,试验组两阶段均采用将人文关怀能力的培养与外科学实践教学相融合的教学法;对照组在第一阶段采用传统教学法,第二阶段采用融合教学法。结果:试验组技能考核总分、人文关怀能力得分及对融合教学的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:融合人文关怀能力培养的教学法在提高实践教学质量的同时能有效提升医学生的人文素养。Objective:To explore the application effect of integrating humanistic care competence into basic surgical experimental teaching.Methods:A total of 80 students majoring in clinical medicine were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experiment was divided into two phases.In both phases,the experimental group used teaching methods that integrated the cultivation of humanistic care competence with surgical practical teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching methods in the first phase and integrated teaching methods in the second phase.Results:The total score of skill assessment,humanistic care competence score,and evaluation of integrated teaching in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teaching methods that integrate the cultivation of humanistic care competence can effectively improve the quality of practical teaching and enhance the humanistic literacy of medical students.
