老龄化背景下江西特色老年教育发展的模式与路径

摘　　要：老年教育日益成为学界关注的重点领域。江西省老年教育在结合具体省情的基础上,不断探索新的老年教育发展模式。江西特色老年教育的构建与发展,应回应江西省社会发展和老年群体对美好生活的向往和追求,发挥老年教育挖掘老年群体潜力,提升老年人社会参与的作用,凸显老年教育在服务民生、服务社会、服务经济发展等方面的功能,采用“嵌入式老年教育”发展模式,并从推动立法和出台相关文件、理顺老年教育管理体制机制、丰富老年教育课程内容形式、提升老年教育规范化办学水平等方面,实现江西老年教育的特色发展。Elderly education has increasingly become the focus of academic attention.On the basis of the specific provincial conditions,the elderly education in Jiangxi province continues to explore new development models for elderly education.The construction and development of elderly education with Jiangxi characteristics should respond to the social development of Jiangxi and the yearning and pursuit for a better life for the elderly group,give full play to the potential of senior citizens’education,enhance the role of senior citizens’social participation,and highlight the functions of elderly education in serving people’s livelihoods,society and economic development.To achieve the development of elderly education with Jiangxi characteristics,it should adopt the development model of“embedded elderly education”,as well as promote legislation and relevant documents,streamline the management system and mechanism of elderly education,enrich the content and form of elderly education courses,and improve the standardized level of elderly education,etc.
