摘　　要：高职生源多样性,学习目标差异性,对分层次教学提出了更高的要求。课程组不断探索教学改革,对接专业教学标准、岗位需求标准和技能大赛标准,优化调整了课程内容,重构“岗课”融通、“课赛”融通的课程内容体系,融入以“爱国、严谨、创新、合作、安全、绿色”为主线的思政课程体系,对接企业场景完善实验实训教学条件,校企联合打造优质教学资源,实施以学习者为中心的教学模式。实践表明,学生差异化培养效果明显,学习成绩、竞赛成绩明显提升。The curriculum team continuously explores teaching reform,aligns with curriculum standards,job requirements,and skill competition standards,optimizes and adjusts curriculum content,reconstructs the curriculum content system that integrates“job courses”and“class competitions”,and integrates the ideological and political curriculum system with the main line of“patriotism,rigor,innovation,cooperation,safety and green”,integrate with enterprise scenarios to improve experimental and practical teaching conditions,collaborate with schools and enterprises to create high-quality teaching resources,and implement a learner centered teaching model.
