摘  要:随着新产业革命的到来,高校如何契合新工科内涵、培养高素质复合型新工科人才,是亟待解决的问题。在分析山东大学(威海)机电信息类工科专业人才培养的不足的基础上,根据新技术革命背景下人才培养的新需求,确立了培养创新型、复合型机电信息类新工科人才培养目标。以多学科交叉融合为主线,构建新工科专业和人才培养课程体系,打造校企合作协同育人平台和国际化培养平台,以MOOC/SPOC+翻转课堂教学手段革新提升教学水平,以学科竞赛类项目引领学生创新创业能力的培养,以量子信息工程实验班、创新实验班试点卓越工程人才培养路径为三个抓手,研究探索了深度学科融合的新工科人才培养模式,进而全面推进山东大学新工科专业建设。With the arrival of new industual revolution,how colleges fit the connotation of new engineering and cultivate high quality and interdisciplinary “new engineering” talents is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of Shangdong University(Weihai) in the training of electromachical and information engineering talents,according to the need of talent training under the new technological revolution,this paper established the goal of cultivating new engineering talents in the electromechanical information category of “innovative and compound outstanding engineering and technical talents,scientific research talents and leading talents in various fields”.This paper takes the in-depth interdisciplinary integration of multiple disciplines as the main line,constructing a new engineering major and talent training curriculum system,creating a schoolenterprise cooperation platform for cultivation and an international teaching platform.The MOOC/SPOC + flipped classroom teaching model is used to innovate and improve the teaching level,the discipline competition projects are used to lead the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,and the quantum information engineering laboratory and innovation experimental class are used to pilot the training path of excellent engineering talents They serve as the three handles.The research has explored a new engineering talent training model with indepth integration of disciplines,and then comprehensively promoted the construction of new engineering majors in Shandong University.
