摘 要:中外合作办学是高职国际化发展的重要窗口,立德树人视角下高职中外合作办学的内涵发生了变化,强化协同育人是高职院校中外合作办学落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,基于此,围绕协同育人的困境、落实的原则等方面,对影响中外合作办学落实立德树人根本任务的因素进行了分析,并从坚持德育为先创新发展合作办学育人理念、打造联动育人工程实施立德树人精准引领、国际国内资源协同运用形成多层次立德树人格局三个方面提出相应的解决建议,以使高职中外合作办学培养更多厚植家国情怀、具备国际视野、掌握专业知识、积极创新实践的现代化人才。Sino-foreign cooperative education is an important window for the international development of higher vocational colleges,the connotation of which has changed from the perspective of building morality and cultivating talents.Strengthening collaborative education is an important way for Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.Based on this,centering on the dilemma of collaborative education and the principles of implementation,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the implementation of the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents in Sino-foreign cooperative education,and puts forward corresponding solutions from the three aspects of innovating and developing the education concept of Sino-foreign cooperative education by adhering to moral education first,creating a joint education project to implement the precise guidance of building morality and cultivating talents,forming a multi-level pattern of building morality and cultivating people through collaborative use of international and domestic resources;so as to cultivate more modern talents with strong national feelings,international vision,command of professional knowledge and spirit of innovation and practice in Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational colleges.
