摘 要:为解决我国高等教育与国家对创新人才需求之间的差距和存在的问题,积极探索建设创新人才培养的模式和开展创新性本科人才培养改革实践。该文采用当代认知心理学的研究成果将知识点划分为陈述性知识、程序性知识和策略性知识三类,提出充分挖掘和利用讲授知识点中蕴含的科学思维和研究方法,以此作为教学情景设计的依据创建实际教学情景,根据知识点类型和特点选择并实现线上和课堂教学的有机融合,从而驱动知识点传授的教学过程。按照视频资源、多媒体互动课件、虚拟仿真教学软件等形式搭建教学资源的网络平台,保障基于知识驱动的混合式教学手段实施研究型教学活动所需的物质资源。构建教学过程中对学生的动态评价体系和方法,引入PDCA循环管理理论形成自我修复和完善的以培养学习和探索知识的兴趣、激发学生学习的主动性、训练其科学思维和创新能力、养成以科学研究的精神和科学态度为目的,完成高层次、复合型、多样化的高素质创新型人才的培养目标的研究型教学模式。In order to solve the gap and problems between higher education and the national demand for innovative talents,we should actively explore the mode of constructing innovative personnel training and developing innovative undergraduate personnel training reform practices.The knowledge points are classified into declarative,procedural,and strategic knowledge on the research results of contemporary cognitive psychology.The scientific thinking and research methods in the teaching knowledge points are proposed to be fully explored and utilized.The actual teaching situations are created based on the teaching knowledge points.According to the types and characteristics of knowledge points,we could organically integrate online teaching and classroom teaching.The teaching process for knowledge impartingarecarried out.The network platform of teaching resources is set up according to the forms of video resources,multimedia interactive courseware,virtual simulation teaching softwareto ensure the material resources needed for implementing research-oriented teaching activities by knowledge-driven hybrid teaching patterns.Building a dynamic evaluation system and method for students in the teaching process,we introduce the PDCA cycle management theory to form a research-oriented teaching model with self-repair and self-improvement to cultivate students'interest in learning and exploring knowledge,stimulate students'learning initiative,to train students'scientific thinking and innovation ability,develop the spirit of scientific research and attitude.The aim of the study is toimplement the training objectives of innovative talent withthe high-level,compound,and diversified high-quality.
