摘 要:针对粘弹性悬架动态刚度-阻尼参数随外界载荷多变问题,以某型号履带式推土机为应用对象,建立了粘弹性悬架刚度-阻尼数学模型,进一步基于Ansys Workbench建立其有限元模型,获得了不同幅频简谐载荷下的迟滞特性回线。基于各迟滞回线,计算粘弹性悬架的动刚度、阻尼系数,并探讨了激励振幅为2.5 mm、3.5 mm、4.5 mm,频率为(2~8)Hz时粘弹性悬架的动刚度和阻尼系数的变化规律。结果表明:粘弹性悬架动刚度随激励频率增大而增大,随振幅增大而减小;而阻尼系数随激励频率增大而减小。该研究成果可为粘弹性结构动态特性提供一定参考,也可为车辆整机振动性能分析提供中间参数。Aiming at the problem that the dynamic stiffness-damping parameters of viscoelastic suspension change with external load,this paper takes a certain type of crawler bulldozer as the application object,establishes a mathematical model of viscoelastic suspension stiffness-damping,and further establishes its finite element model based on Ansys Workbench to obtain hysteresis characteristics under different amplitude-frequency simple harmonic loads.Based on each hysteresis loop,the dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient of viscoelastic suspension are calculated,and the changes of dynamic stiffness and damping coefficient of viscoelastic suspension when the excitation amplitude is 2.5 mm,3.5 mm and 4.5 mm and the frequency is(2~8)Hz are discussed.The results show that the dynamic stiffness of the viscoelastic suspension increases with the increase of excitation frequency and decreases with the increase of amplitude.The damping coefficient decreases with the increase of the excitation frequency.The research results in this paper can provide a certain reference for the dynamic characteristics of viscoelastic structures,and also provide intermediate parameters for the vibration performance analysis of the whole vehicle.
