摘 要:目的建立全血中24种挥发性有机物(volatile organic compounds,VOCs)的顶空-气相色谱-质谱联用(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)测定方法。方法血样中VOCs经顶空进样器进样,色谱柱分离,GC-MS检测。结果该方法测定血中24种VOCs在10.0~3000.0 ng/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9994,方法检出限0.2~10.0 ng/mL,加标回收率在78.7%~116.4%之间,相对标准偏差为0.9%~8.3%,样品在4和-25℃下可保存3 d。结论该方法简单准确、灵敏高,适用于职业接触人员、中毒患者全血中挥发性有机物的检测。Objective To establish a method for the determination of 24 volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in whole blood by headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods The VOCs in blood samples were separated by column after headspace injection,and detected by GC-MS.Results The linear relationship of 24 kinds of VOCs in blood was good in the range of 10.0-3000.0 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.9994,the detection limit was 0.2-10.0 ng/mL,the recovery rate was 78.7%-116.4%,and the relative standard deviation was 0.9%-8.3%.The samples could be preserved at 4 or-25℃for three days.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,and highly sensitive,which is suitable for the detection of volatile organic compound in whole blood of occupational exposure persons and poisoning patients.
