摘　　要：高校体育是高校教育的重要组成部分,是高校教育践行立德树人根本任务非常重要的途径。该文主要研究高校体育德育的实施,通过分析目前高校公共体育教学中德育教学存在的不足与问题,尝试提出相应的解决方案,主要通过挖掘体育运动中蕴含的德育元素,提高体育教师的德育教学能力和完善教学大纲等方法,充分发挥体育德育的特点,将体育德育教学进行实践化、具身化,由传统的被动接受向主动参与转变,切身体会什么是体育德育,使体育德育教学更形象、更能吸引学生,并对教学实施效果进行归纳总结,明确体育德育在立德树人方面有着得天独厚的空间和组织优势,但还不够完善,需要长期的努力。College physical education is an important part of college education and a very important way for college education to practice the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This article mainly studies the implementation of physical moral education in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the deficiencies and problems existing in the moral education teaching of public physical education in colleges and universities,this paper tries to put forward corresponding solutions,mainly including giving full play to the characteristics of physical moral education by excavating moral education elements contained in sports,improving the moral education teaching ability of PE teachers and improving the syllabus,making physical moral education teaching practical and embodied,from traditional passive acceptance to active participation,to personally experience what is physical moral education and make physical moral education teaching more vivid and more attractive to students,and summarizing the effect of teaching implementation to make it clear that physical moral education has unique spacial and organizational advantages in fostering virtue through education,but it is not perfect enough and needs long-term efforts.
