摘　　要：习近平关于意识形态工作的重要论述是马克思主义中国化时代化的最新成果,是新时代意识形态工作的指导纲领,具有鲜明的实践属性。学习贯彻习近平关于意识形态工作的重要论述,需从基础、动力、需求和主体四个向度把握其蕴含的实践精髓,坚持马克思主义的一元指导与多样化社会思潮并存相结合、文化传承与创新发展相结合、正面宣传与舆论斗争相结合、全党动手与全社会参与相结合,提升新时代主流意识形态的凝聚力、向心力和竞争力。As the latest achievement of Marxism Chinization and modernization and the guiding principle of ideological work in the new era,Xi Jinping’s important expositions on ideological work have a distinctive practical attribute.To study and implement Xi Jinping’s important expositions on ideological work,it is necessary to grasp its practical essence from four perspectives of foundation,driving force,demand,and subject,and to adhere to the combination of the coexistence of the unified guidance of Marxism and the coexistence of diverse social ideological trends,the combination of cultural inheritance and innovation and development,the combination of positive propaganda and public opinion struggle,and the combination of the whole Party’s action with the participation of the whole society,in order to enhance the cohesive force centripetal force,and competitiveness of the mainstream ideology in the new era.
