摘  要:中小学教育议事会是现代学校制度的创新,是学校、家庭和社区共同参与学校治理的机制平台,是现代中小学校治理法制化、民主化、开放化和多元化的体现。目前,中小学教育议事会的发展存在政府、学校和社会各主体关系定位模糊;内部信任和监督机制不完善;多元主体深度参与学校治理动力和保障不足等挑战和隐忧。针对这些问题,中小学教育议事会可以从紧扣学校育人功能,厘清各主体职责;完善制度章程,建立健全信任和监督机制;扩大多元主体权能,依法有序引导多元主体全方位参与学校治理等方面深化发展。同时,中小学教育议事会如何总结经验、提升理论高度、进一步推广也是深化发展的关键所在。The consultative committee of primary and secondary school is an innovation of the modern school system.It is a mechanism platform for schools,families and communities to participate in school governance.It reflects the legalization,democratization,openness and diversity of primary and secondary school governance.At present,there are challenges and hidden worries in the development of the consultative committee of primary and secondary school,such as the vague positioning of the relationship between the government,schools and various social subjects;the imperfect internal trust and supervision mechanism;the in-depth participation of multiple subjects in school governance and insufficient guarantees.In response to these problems,the consultative committee of primary and secondary school can focus on the school's educating function,clarify the responsibilities of each subject;improve the rules and regulations,establish a sound trust and supervision mechanism;expand the power of multiple subjects,and guide multiple subjects to participate in school governance in an orderly manner.At the same time,it need sum up experience,improve the theoretical height,and further promote application.
