摘 要:STEM教育作为前沿教育理念已经成为我国教育改革与发展的重要内容.随着STEM教育逐步发展,其先进的综合性、实践性理念逐渐应用于中小学课堂,对参与STEM教育的一线教师能力水平提出了更高的要求.需要一线教师不断提高初级教育水平,并将理论联系实践逐步应用到课堂中.作为STEM教育的实践者,教师的应用教育能力直接影响STEM教育效果,而师范生教育是培养未来STEM教师的主要方式.文章以师范院校师范生培养为重点,在师范教育中融入STEM教育理念,探究培养师范生STEM教育能力的可行性策略,为师范院校培养STEM教育方向师范生的培养方案或课程设计等提供相关参考.STEM education,as a cutting-edge educational concept,has become an important part of China’s education reform and development.With the gradual development of STEM education,its advanced comprehensive and practical concepts are gradually applied to primary and secondary school classrooms,which puts forward higher requirements for the ability level of frontline teachers participating in STEM education.It is necessary for frontline teachers to continuously improve their primary education level and gradually apply theory to practice in the classroom.As practitioners of STEM education,teachers′ability to apply education directly affects the effectiveness of STEM education,and teacher education is the main way to cultivate future STEM teachers.This article focuses on the cultivation of teacher students in normal universities,integrating STEM education concepts into normal education,exploring feasible strategies for cultivating STEM education abilities of normal students,and providing relevant references for the training plan or curriculum design of normal students in the STEM education direction in normal universities.
