摘 要:科研创新人才培养水平已经成为衡量高校人才培养质量的重要指标,作为生物技术特色专业基础课程之一的细胞生物学教学因此更加注重科研创新人才培养的有效性。要打造基于细胞生物学的科研创新人才培养模式,高校就要把握调整课程配比与内容深度、融入人文思维与创新要素、打造一流的教师队伍、保障高水平教材建设这几大要点,同时实施建设立体的教学体系、提倡大单元自主预习、培养学生正确的学习态度、创新“忙起来”的一流课堂、落实“活起来”的考核评价等教学策略。The level of scientific research and innovation talent cultivation has become an important indicator to measure the quality of talent cultivation in universities.As one of the basic courses of biotechnology specialty,cell biology pays more attention to the effectiveness of scientific research and innovation talent cultivation.To create a research and innovation talent cultivation model based on cell biology,universities need to grasp the key points of adjusting the course ratio and content depth,integrating humanistic thinking and innovative elements,building a first-class teaching team,and ensuring the construction of high-level teaching materials.At the same time,they should implement the construction of a three-dimensional teaching system,promote independent previewing of large units,cultivate students'correct learning attitudes,and innovate first-class classrooms that are"busy"implement teaching strategies such as assessment and evaluation for"getting alive".
