新文科视域下地方院校广播电视编导专业人才培养的转型与发展

摘　　要：社会媒体产业结构发生巨变,高等教育掀起新文科建设的现代教育改革热潮,地方院校的广播电视编导专业人才培养转型发展问题日渐凸显。各地方院校需重新思考广播电视编导专业的学科定位,结合地方社会产业结构发展,形成区域优势,完成从“广播电视人才”向“新媒体内容创作人才”培养目标定位的转变,形成专业与地方协同育人策略,开拓一条新文科视域下的广播电视编导专业服务地方建设的应用型发展之路。As the structure of the social media industry changes drastically and modern education reform for the construction of new liberal arts is underway in higher education,the issue of transforming and developing the cultivation of talents in radio and television playwright-director speciality in local colleges and universities is becoming more and more prominent.Local colleges and universities need to rethink of the subject positioning of the radio and television playwright-director speciality,combine it with the development of the local social and industrial structure,form regional advantages,complete the transformation of teaching objective positioning from"radio and television talents"to"new media content creation talents",form a strategy for collaborative education between the speciality and the locality and build an application-oriented development path for the radio and television playwright-director speciality department to serve local construction under the new liberal arts perspective.
