职业院校利用合唱教学提升学生职业素养的研究

摘  要:职业院校充分挖掘音乐艺术教育与职业核心素养之间的关联,合理利用合唱教学培养学生的艺术创造能力、审美意识、合作能力,并促进学生思维的发展,帮助学生树立自信心,陶冶学生的情操,有利于实现提升学生职业素养的目标,从而培养社会需要的高素质音乐人才。职业院校合唱教学应基于就业,以提升学生职业素养为核心目标,通过构建融合职业素养的合唱教学方法、设计融合职业素养的合唱教学体系、整合融合职业素养的合唱教学资源,提升合唱教师的教学能力,形成新的合唱教学提升学生职业素养策略,从而多方位、多维度地实现提升学生职业素养的目标。Vocational colleges should fully explore the relationship between music and art education and professional core competencies,make reasonable use of choir teaching to cultivate students'artistic creativity,aesthetic awareness,and cooperation ability,promote the development of students'thinking,help students establish self-confidence,cultivate students'sentiment,and achieve the goal of improving students'professional literacy,thereby cultivating high-quality music talents needed by society.Vocational college choir teaching should be based on employment,with the core goal of improving students'professional literacy.By constructing choir teaching methods that integrate professional literacy,designing choir teaching content that integrates professional literacy,and integrating choir teaching resources that integrate professional literacy,a new choir teaching strategy to enhance students'professional literacy can be formed,thus achieving the goal of improving students'professional literacy in multiple directions and dimensions.
