摘　　要：当前,函待重新认识社会教育在国民教育体系中的地位,而重新认识的前提是在理论上准确把握社会教育研究的要义。Currently,there is an urgent need to reevaluate the role of social education in the national education system.This,in turn,depends on a proper theoretical understanding of the significance of social education study.In the context of building an education system that serves lifelong learning for all citizens,we should enact laws on lifelong education and social education in China,according to Prof.Hou Huaiyin from Shanxi University.
