摘　　要：冷盘造型艺术作为一门独特的艺术形式,通过对食材的巧妙搭配和精致的造型设计,将美食变为视觉艺术品,给人们带来视觉与味觉的双重享受。随着社会的发展和文化的交流,冷盘造型艺术逐渐形成了自己独特的发展路径,并在不同的文化背景下展现出丰富多样的艺术表现形式。同时,随着科技的进步和人们审美观念的变化,冷盘造型艺术也面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。本文将通过对冷盘造型艺术的历史与演变、文化背景、发展趋势、艺术表现与应用推广的分析,探讨冷盘造型艺术的发展现状与未来发展方向。Cold plate plastic art as a unique art form,through the clever collocation of food ingredients and delicate modeling design,the food into visual art,to bring people the double enjoyment of vision and taste.With the development of society and cultural exchanges,the cold plate plastic art has gradually formed its own unique development path,and has shown rich and diverse forms of artistic expression under different cultural backgrounds.At the same time,with the progress of science and technology and the change of people’s aesthetic concept,cold plate plastic art is also facing new development opportunities and challenges.Through the analysis of the history and evolution of cold plate plastic art,cultural background,development trend,artistic expression and application promotion,this paper will discuss the development status and future development direction of cold plate plastic art.
