摘　　要：此文主要从医学心理学角度出发,分别对针刺治疗前、治疗过程中和治疗结束后治神的内涵进行科学阐释,并对精神分析理论、行为主义心理学、人本主义心理学这三大心理学流派与治神的密切关系作出论述。针刺治神,即医生清净心神快速进入诊治状态,调节患者的情绪,医患双方建立信任感之后,引导患者专注于自身,使用针刺治疗调动其全身气血改善症状,治疗结束后嘱咐患者顺四时养生,对生活保持积极的心态,同时自身加强锻炼,蓄积精力,推动建立良好的医患关系。三大心理学流派的研究内容与治神具有较强的相似性,即对于人的心理意识、行为情绪进行研究。探究中医学“治神”与现代医学心理学的共同点,建立具有中国特色的心理疗法,对于临床疾病的治疗具有一定的指导意义。From the perspective of medical psychology,the article mainly scientifically explained the connotation of acupuncture treatment before,during and finish,discussed the closely relationship between the three psychological schools of psychoanalytic theory,behaviorist psychology,humanistic psychology and the spirit treatment.Acupuncture in the treatment of spirit is the doctor purifies the mind and quickly entered the diagnosis and treatment state,regulated the patient's moods.After the trust between the doctor and the patient was established,doctor led the patient to focus on himself,used acupuncture to regulate his whole body qi and blood to relieve symptoms.After the treatment,doctor will ask the patient to follow the four seasons to maintain health,keep a positive attitude towards life,and strengthen doctor's own exercise at the same time,store energy.This facilitates the establishment of a good doctor-patient relationship.The research contented of the three major psychological schools have strong similarities with the treatment of spirits.Research on people's psychological consciousness,behavior and emotions,explored the commonalities between traditional medicine“regulating spirit”and modern medical psychology,and established a psychotherapy with Chinese characteristics.It has certain guiding significance for the treatment of clinical diseases.
