摘  要:科学合理的课程设置是保证职教教师培养质量的关键。吉林工程技术师范学院财务管理专业依据师范认证“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念优化了职教教师培养目标,建立了“应用性”“师范性”“专业性”三性合一的“双师型”职教教师培养课程体系,包括综合宽泛的通识课程、工作导向的专业课程以及实践突出的教师教育课程。同时坚持持续改进,强化课程质量保障,课程建设成效显著,人才培养质量不断提高。Scientific and reasonable curriculum is the key to ensure the quality of vocational education teachers' training.According to the concept of “student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement” in teacher certification,the financial management major of Jilin Teachers College of Engineering and Technology has optimized the training objectives of vocational education teachers,and established a “double-qualified” vocational education teacher education curriculum system with three characteristics of “application”,“teacher training” and “professionalism”,including comprehensive and broad general courses,work-oriented professional courses and outstanding teacher education courses.At the same time,we insist on continuous improvement and strengthen the quality assurance of courses.The course construction has achieved remarkable results and the quality of personnel training has been continuously improved.
