摘　　要：管建华先生的音乐教育思想学贯中西,秉承“他山之石,可以攻玉”的方式在音乐教育文化哲学的构建方面,他汲取比较音乐学、音乐人类学、实践音乐教育哲学以及生态文明音乐教育哲学等文化哲学领域之精华为中国音乐教育建构自身的理论基础;在多元文化音乐教育的倡导方面,他将文化理解置于多元文化音乐教育的核心,并在构建太空时代思维范式的同时提出多学科关联音乐教育学的研究方法以及新时代多元文化音乐教育观的转向;在传统音乐教育的反思与重建方面,他于反思传统音乐文化主体性危机的基础上重建传统音乐文化哲学观,提出中华文化为母语的音乐教育体系构建;在东方音乐文化及其教育的探索方面,他旨在突破长期以来西方国家对东方国家在音乐文化上的桎梏,促进东方音乐教育体系的建构,使得东方音乐文化可在世界音乐文化的洪流中“行致远”。Mr.Guan Jianhua's music education thoughts demonstrate a profound understanding of both Chinese and Western cultures.In formulating the cultural philosophy of music education,he assimilates the essence of various cultural philosophy domains,including comparative musicology,music anthropology,practical music education philosophy,and ecological civilization music education philosophy,to establish a unique theoretical framework for China's music education.Employing the concept of "stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade," he incorporates diverse perspectives and knowledge from these fields.Within the realm of advocating for multicultural music education,Mr.Guan places cultural understanding at the core,emphasizing its significance in fostering a multicultural music education environment.Furthermore,he proposes interdisciplinary research methods while constructing a paradigm of thinking aligned with the space age and shifting the perspective of multicultural education in the new era.Regarding the reflection and reconstruction of traditional music education,Mr.Guan undertakes a philosophical examination of traditional music culture,taking into account the crisis of subjectivity within it.Based on this reflection,he advocates for the development of a music education system rooted in Chinese culture as its foundational element.Additionally,in his exploration of Eastern music culture and its education,Mr.Guan strives to overcome the longstanding limitations imposed by Western countries on Eastern music culture.His objective is to facilitate the establishment of an Eastern music education system and enable Eastern music culture to flourish amidst the global deluge of world music culture.
