摘 要:基于铸牢中华民族共同体意识提出的政治战略及其宣传教育常态化推进,本研究认为其具有鲜明的政治心理属性,具体表现为政治战略性、思想引导性与心理可塑性特征。由于铸牢中华民族共同体意识提出及其教育发展较晚,在高校教育推行中有必要依托于发展较为成熟、稳定的思想政治教育阵地。从其内在关联性来看,充分体现在思想生成、思想疏导以及内化与外化的有效联动过程中。进而聚焦政治心理生成的内在结构,认为应该从学习目标规制中的动机审视、知识体系框构中的认知建构、认同符号凝练中的情感驱动、行为倾向规约中的意志锻造、政治信仰铸就中的人格养成这五个层面深入探寻高校中华民族共同体意识教育中政治心理机制的凝聚策略。主张在学习被动型的显性教育阶段加强外力介入,而在学习主动型的隐性教育阶段逐渐弱化外力介入,尊重个体内生动力,促使中华民族共同体意识的生成由被动情态顺利走向主动情态,实现隐性教育与显性教育的转化、融合与统一,达到理想的教育境界。Based on the political strategy and the regular promotion of the sense of the Chinese national community,this study believes that it has distinctive political and psychological attributes,which are embodied in the characteristics of political strategy,ideological guidance and psychological plasticity.Due to the pretty late proposal of the community sense of the Chinese nation and its development of education,it is necessary to rely on the relatively mature and stable ideological and political education position in the implementation of college education.From the perspective of its internal correlation,it is fully reflected in the effective coordination process of thought generation,thought guidance and its internalization and externalization.Then the article focuses on the inner structure of political psychological generation,and believes we should explore the Chinese national community sense education in the political psychological mechanism of cohesion strategy from five levels including motivation examination in the regulation of learning objectives;emotional drive in the condensation of identity symbols;will forging in the behavioral inclination,and personality formation in political belief.The article proposes in strengthening external force intervention during the passive learning stage of explicit education,while gradually weakening external intervention in the implicit learning stage of active education,respect individual endogenous power,so as to prompt the generation of the Chinese national community sense by passive state to active mode,and realize the transformation,integration and unification of explicit education and implicit education,and attain the ideal education goal.
