摘　　要：预包装食品指的是预先包装好的食品。为了保证人们的人身安全,我国法律规定在预包装食品上贴上相应标签,并对食品信息进行说明。这也是食品监管机构判断食品安全性的重要依据。本文结合《食品安全国家标准预包装食品标签通则》(GB 7718—2011)中的相关规定、《食品标识管理规定》(质检总局令第123号)、酒类食品强制性国家标准,对2016—2019年的酒类预包装食品标签的不合格情况进行统计,在此基础上提出一些优化建议,希望为我国食品标签标准质量提升提供一定理论支持。Prepackaged food refers to food that is prepackaged.In order to ensure the personal safety of people,China’s law stipulates that the corresponding label of pre-packaged food is affixed and the information of food is explained.This is also an important basis for food regulatory agencies to judge food safety.Based on the relevant provisions of GB 7718—2011,the“Provisions on the Administration of Food Labeling”,and the mandatory national standards for alcoholic food,this paper conducts statistics on the nonconformity of the labels of alcoholic prepackaged food in 2016—2019,and puts forward some optimization suggestions on this basis.It is hoped to provide theoretical support for the improvement of food label standard quality in China.
