摘 要:目的:采用超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱技术建立餐(饮)具中烷基苯磺酸钠类阴离子表面活性剂残留量的分析方法。方法:对色谱质谱条件进行优化后,通过加标回收实验、实际样品的测定等方式验证方法的精密度和准确度。结果:烷基苯磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂在20~1000μg·L^(-1)呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999),检出限为2.1μg·L^(-1)。结论:加标回收率与实验室内变异系数均满足检测要求。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate anionic surfactants in food and beverage by ultra high performance liquid chromatography with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.Method:After the conditions of chromatographic mass spectrometry were optimized,the precision and accuracy of the method were verified by standard recovery experiment and actual sample determination.Result:The anionic surfactants of sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate showed a good linear relationship(r>0.999)in the range of 20~1000μg·L^(-1),and the detection limit was 2.1μg·L^(-1).Conclusion:The recovery rate of added standard and the coefficient of variation in laboratory can meet the detection requirements.
