摘  要:文章主要对基于协同理论的高职教育产教融合育人机制的构建及优化策略进行探讨。分析高等职业技术教育产教融合国家政策、法律的支持,实施产教融合对于社会经济发展的重要意义、实施层级面临的多重困境。探讨了基于协同理论的产教融合实施实际意义、产教融合协同特征分析、产教融合育人机制构建思路研究、产教融合育人优化策略研究,以及基于南京信息职业技术学院产教融合实证案例实施成效。This paper mainly discusses the construction and optimization strategy of production-education integration mechanism of higher vocational education based on collaborative theory.This paper analyzes the support of national policies and laws for industry-education integration of higher vocational and technical education,the significance of implementing industry-education integration for social and economic development,and the multiple difficulties faced by the implementation level.This paper discusses the practical significance of the implementation of industry-education integration based on the synergy theory,the analysis of the synergy characteristics of industry-education integration,the research on the construction of the mechanism of industry-education integration,the optimization strategy of industry-education integration,and the implementation results based on the empirical case of industry-education integration of Nanjing Vocational College of Information Technology.
