高职机电类学生职业安全素质提升教育的探究

摘　　要：为使高职机电类学生毕业后尽快适应企业生产一线岗位的安全生产需求,针对学生顶岗实习中表现出来的安全意识薄弱、安全知识不足和安全技能欠缺的问题进行处理。通过构建“三级”安全教育体系、抓好“三材”建设、推进“政行企校”协作和改进教学方式方法,强化了学生在校期间的安全素质教育培训。有效提升了学生的职业安全素质和从业能力,对同类院校其他专业或职业领域开展安全生产教育培训具有借鉴意义。In order to make the mechanical and electrical students in higher vocational colleges adapt to the safety production needs of the front-line production positions in enterprises as soon as possible after graduation,the problems of weak safety awareness,lack of safety knowledge and lack of safety skills shown in students'on-the-job practice are dealt with.By building a“three-level”safety education system,focusing on the construction of“three materials”,promoting cooperation of“government,industry,enterprise,school”and improving teaching methods,the safety quality education and training of students during school has been strengthened.It effectively improves the occupational safety quality and professional ability of students,and has reference significance for carrying out safety production education and training in other majors or occupational fields in similar colleges and universities.
