摘　　要：实施本科生导师制是积极响应国家高等教育相关意见的重要举措。导师制的职责、实施细则和考核方法的制定等,须结合院校所在地域的经济、教育水平及生源质量。制定符合专业特色和发展方向的导师制,可助推学生质量的提高。The implementation of undergraduate tutorial system is an important measure to actively respond to the relevant opinions of national higher education.The responsibilities,implementation rules and assessment methods of the tutorial system should be formulated in combination with the local economy,education level and quality of students.The development of a tutorial system in line with professional characteristics and development can help improve the quality of students.
