摘　　要：依托生物学国家级实验教学示范中心的大学生创新创业训练计划,以生物科学10门专业核心实验课程为基础,遴选2012~2022年间立项的部分优秀项目成果融入本科实验教学内容,构建“四位一体”生物科学专业实验教学改革体系,并在示范中心进行改革与实践,反馈效果良好。研究成果为高校深化实验教学改革,培养高质量创新创业人才提供重要参考。Relying on the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training program of the biological national experimental teaching demonstration center of Shanxi University,some excellent project achievements were incorporated into the undergraduate experimental teaching based on the 10 core experimental courses of the bioscience major.Furthermore,a“four-in-one”experimental teaching reform system was constructed,and the reform and practice were carried out in the demonstration center and received excellent feedback.The research results may provide an important reference for promoting and deepening the reform of experimental teaching in the universities,and help to cultivate the high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents in future.
