摘　　要：产教融合育人是培养创新型工程人才的新模式。以上海交通大学产教融合毕业设计为例,从动力机制、约束机制、反馈机制三个方面,定义产教融合人才培养模式的方法架构,为产教融合育人提供参考。从企业类型、合作动因、项目行动等多角度系统解构了通过产教融合毕业设计项目提高人才培养成效的实践路径,为创新型工程人才培养提供了新思路。University-industry collaboration is a new mode in cultivating innovative talents.Take senior design project as an example,defines the methodological structure of university-industry collaboration from the aspects of motivation,constraint,and feedback.Systematically deconstructs the practical path to improve the effect of talent cultivation from the perspective of enterprise type,cooperation motivation,project action,etc.Provides new ideas for the cultivation of innovative engineering talents.
