摘 要:高等职业院校的教学起点与落脚点均是基于工作岗位的,听说能力作为语言交际的重要基础,是职校生安身立命的基本能力之一。从面向未来的护理岗位的实际需求及目前听说教学不尽如人意的现状出发,提出高职语文听说教学的改革思路,设计基于职场交际的听说教学模式,构建“三段六环”的教学步骤和“四元五主体”的评价机制,以提高学生的听说能力,助力学生的终身成长。The starting point of teaching in vocational colleges is based on the workplace,Chinese Teaching must also serve the employment of students,listening and speaking ability as an important foundation of all language communication is one of the fundamental abilities of vocational school students.Starting from the actual needs of future-oriented nursing positions and the current unsatisfactory situation of listening and speaking teaching,this paper puts forward the reform ideas of listening and speaking teaching in higher vocational languages,designs a listening and speaking teaching mode based on workplace communication,and constructs the teaching steps of“three stages and six rings”and the evaluation mechanism of“four elements and five subjects”,so as to improve students'listening and speaking ability and help students'lifelong growth.
