摘　　要：在隐性分层教学理论和异步教学理论的指导下,搭建以模块为主的课程超市,制作满足不同层次需求的学习资源,加强学生课外自主学习的质量监督,开展线上线下相结合的混合式教学模式,采用重视学习过程的多元评价方式,以解决高职公共英语课程中由生源差异性带来的教学困境。Within the framework of the implicit stratified and asynchronous teaching theory,this paper aims to build a module-based "course supermarket",provide learning resources to meet the needs of different levels,strengthen the quality supervision of students' independent learning outside the classroom,carry out a blended teaching mode online and offline,and adopt a diversified evaluation method that emphasizes the learning process.In this way it is to overcome the teaching dilemmas in the higher vocational public English course brought about by the differences of the students' situation.Thus,the teaching effect and quality are improved.
