摘　　要：实践教学在地方应用型本科高校人才培养过程中具有重要作用,是园艺专业课程教学的重要环节。在蔬菜栽培学实践教学过程中,以“创新素质培养”的应用型教学理念,重构了课程实践教学体系;以“训研创服”为导向,设计应用型实践教学内容;以“岗位体验”为依托,创新了实践教学形式与教学手段;以“探究过程”为标准,构建了课程实践过程化考核评价体系。通过开展蔬菜栽培学实践教学模式的探索与实践,培养了学生的学习兴趣,调动了学生在实践课程中的积极性和主动性,实践技能和创新能力显著提高,为其植物生产类实践课程教学改革提供参考。Practical teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in local application-oriented universities and was an important link in the course teaching of horticulture major.In the practice teaching process of‘vegetable cultivation’,the curriculum practice teaching system was reconstructed with the applied teaching concept of‘innovative quality cultivation’.Oriented by‘training,research,innovation,entrepreneurship and service’,and the teaching content of practical application was designed.Based on‘post experience’,it innovated the form and means of practical teaching.Taking‘inquiry process’as the standard,a curriculum practice process assessment system was constructed.Through the exploration and practice of the practical teaching mode of vegetable cultivation,the students'interest in learning was cultivated,the enthusiasm and initiative of the students were mobilized in the practical courses,and the practical skills and innovation ability were significantly improved,which provided a reference for the teaching reform of other practical courses of plant production.
