摘　　要：文章介绍了武夷岩茶手工精制、单机精制和流水线精制的加工流程,总结了归堆、走水复火、筛分、拣剔、风选、静电选别、焙火、拼配、包装入库等精制加工工序的关键技术要点,梳理了精制过程配套使用的机器设备及参数设置,以期为武夷岩茶的精制加工、提质增效提供参考借鉴。The article introduced the processing processes of manual refining,single machine refining,and assembly line refining of Wuyi Rock Tea.It summarized the key technical points of the refining process,including stacking,reheating,screening,picking,air separation,electrostatic separation,roasting,blending,packaging,and warehousing.It also sort out the machine equipment and parameter settings used in the refining process,in order to provide reference for the refining process,quality improvement,and efficiency improvement of Wuyi Rock Tea.
