摘　　要：掌握基层一线监狱民警队伍职业稳定性对于锻造高素质专业化过硬铁军具有重要意义。通过对监狱民警综合状况进行调查分析发现,绝大部分民警具备合格的纪律与职业素养,但生理疾病状况、工作模式、精神状态、身体状况、家人支持等可能影响民警队伍工作倦怠和离职倾向性。建议通过健全心理危机干预与疏导机制、减轻监管工作任务压力、加大职业素养及技能培训、改善工作与生活环境、落实温暖呵护关爱行动、强化奖励激励措施等策略有效提升队伍职业稳定。In order to understand the job burnout,turnover intention and other occupational stability prob⁃lems and related influencing factors that may occur in the current grass-roots front-line prison police team,a questionnaire survey was adopted to investigate and analyze the comprehensive situation of prison police in Sichuan Province.The study found that the professional stability of the prison police team is generally good,and most of the police have qualified disciplined and professional quality.However,some factors such as physical disease,work mode,mental state,physical condition and family support may affect the occupational stability of prison police.Therefore,it is necessary to further analyze the causes of the problem,put forward and implement countermeasures in a targeted manner,in order to provide a theoreti⁃cal reference for the stability and promotion of the prison police team management.
