摘 要:公立医院科室绩效二次分配在合理性和激励性、规范和监督、信息一体化方面存在一定的缺失,医技科室作为提升医院效益的科室,面临如何通过合理的绩效二次分配,激发医技人员的工作积极性和主动性的难题。对此,S医院超声科搭建了基于项目权重的绩效二次分配框架,取得了一定成效,为公立医院科室绩效合理二次分配、深化运营管理提供了借鉴。There are some deficiencies in the secondary distribution of performance in public hospital departments in terms of rationality and scientificity,standardization and supervision,and information integration.As a department enhancing hospital efficiency,medical technical departments face the challenge of how to stimulate the work enthusiasm and initiative of medical technical personnel through reasonable secondary distribution of performance.In response,the Ultrasound Department of S Hospital has established a secondary distribution framework for performance based on project weights,which has achieved significant results,providing reference for the rational secondary distribution of performance in public hospital departments and deepening operational management.
