摘  要:乡村英语教师的培训效果不佳,乡村英语教师发展面临可持续发展危机。通过分析乡村英语教师发展的多重困境,本文提出发展行动研究多模态内生路径是突破乡村英语教师发展多重困境的有效选择。该内生路径依托行动研究循环圈、内生发展循环圈、多模态语料库等构成的“两圈一库”模式运行,引导教师发展行动研究。锚定教学的“两圈一库”相互嵌套,内外部协同发力,共同促进教师发展内驱力提升,以实现乡村教师内生型发展。内生路径引导教师发展行动研究可以有效提升教师行动研究能力,通过精准设计教师专业发展内容,逐步变革教师研究范式。A sustainable development crisis confronts the rural English teacher development program due to ineffective train-ing.Based on the analysis of the multiple dilemmas of rural English teachers'development,this paper proposes that develo-ping a multimodal endogenous path of action research is a practical choice to break through the various difficulties of rural Eng-lish teachers'development.By utilizing this endogenous path,teachers can develop action research based on the“two-circle and one database”model,which consists of the action research cycle,the endogenous development cycle,and the multimodal corpus.“Two circles and one database”are nested within each other in rural education and converge internally and externally to promote the internal drive of teacher development and achieve endogenous rural teacher development.Endogenous research leads to action research on teacher development,which helps enhance teachers'action research skills,and change teacher re-search paradigms by designing appropriate professional development content.
